We are now offering safety lighting package on all our carriages.  This is a huge help to carriage drivers on the road, as it is and additional method of being seen by other road users.  The package comprises an on board battery with a very easy to use charger.  This powers an amber flashing/revolving light which is mounted on a removable stainless steel pole on the carriage.  The pole and light are easily removed for competition and other reasons.
 
When out driving you simply switch the light on with a switch near to the drivers seat.  When you have finished using your carriage just plug it into a standard extension cable or plug point and the battery will be charged and ready for use in a very short time.  The battery life is very good.
 
When fitted to a new Hartland carriage this lamp and charging systems costs £199 + VAT
